Merge PDF files into one document for free, right in your browser. Add two or more PDFs, put them in the order you want and download a single combined file in seconds. There is no watermark and no limit on how many files you add.

Why merge with us

Simple way to combine PDFs for free

Drop in your files, put them in order and merge. There are no hidden steps, no watermarks and nothing to install.

Private by design

Merging happens inside your browser. Your PDFs are never uploaded to a server, so there is nothing for anyone else to see or keep.

Merge on any device

Works on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iPhone in any modern browser. You only need the browser you already have.

Review and reorder

See every file in a list before you merge. Move files up or down, remove what you don't need and add more at any time.

Original quality, page for page

Pages are copied into the new file exactly as they are. Text stays sharp, images are not recompressed and no watermark is added.

Fast, even with big files

Your device does the work, so there is no upload or download wait. Large files merge as fast as your computer allows.

How to use 3 steps

  1. 01

Select or drop two or more PDF files into the box above.

  2. 02

Set the order with the up and down buttons.

  3. 03

Click "Merge PDF", then download the result.

How do I merge PDF files into one?

Add your PDFs, check the order in the list and click “Merge PDF”. The first file in the list becomes the first pages of the result, and every later file follows in turn. Text, images and page sizes are copied exactly as they were, so the merged file looks just like the originals placed one after another.

Merging helps whenever several documents belong together: a job application with a CV, a cover letter and certificates, a scholarship packet with essays and transcripts, or monthly invoices for your accountant. Many online forms accept only one attachment, and a reviewer is far more likely to read one well-ordered document than five loose ones.

Is it safe to merge PDFs online?

It is here, because nothing goes online. When you open this page, your browser loads a small program. That program reads your files, builds the new PDF and hands it back as a download, all on your own device. No server ever receives a copy, so there is nothing to store, leak or delete later.

You can check this yourself. On a computer, open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab and merge a file. You will see the page load its own code, but your PDFs are never sent anywhere, because the whole job happens locally. That makes it a sensible choice for bank statements, signed contracts, medical letters and anything else you would rather not hand to a stranger’s server.

Tip: If a file is password-protected, unlock it first, then merge. Files that only restrict printing or editing can usually be merged right away.

How do I combine PDFs on iPhone or Android?

You don’t need a laptop or an app. Open this page in Safari, Chrome or Firefox on your phone, tap the button to select files and pick PDFs from the Files app, your downloads or a cloud folder that shows up in the picker.

Arrange them with the up and down buttons, tap “Merge PDF” and save the result. The combined file stays on your phone, ready to attach to an email, share in a chat or upload to a form. Because nothing is uploaded, merging stays quick even on a slow mobile connection.

Can I merge PDFs with photos or scans?

This tool combines PDF files only. If some of your pages are JPG or PNG photos, such as a picture of a signed page, turn them into a PDF first with the images to PDF tool, then merge everything here. A few more tips for a clean result:

  • Mixed page sizes are fine. A Letter page and an A4 page can sit in the same PDF. Each page keeps its own size and orientation.
  • Fix pages after merging. If one file has a blank or extra page, merge first, then delete or reorder pages in the finished file.
  • Mind the upload limit. If the merged file is too big for a form or email, compress it afterwards.
  • Give the result a clear name. The download gets a generic name, so rename it to something you will recognize later, such as the project and the date.

Add your PDFs to the box above, arrange them with the up and down buttons and click "Merge PDF". You get one file with every page in the order you set.

Is it safe to merge confidential PDFs online?

Yes, because your files are never sent anywhere. The page combines them inside your browser, so contracts, payslips or medical records stay on your own device the whole time.

Do I need to install anything or create an account?

No. Merging runs in the browser you already have, on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install, no sign-up and no email address to hand over.
